These wired-only keyboards integrate high-end gaming features previously reserved for premium lineups. Users gain access to programmable actuation points, rapid trigger functionality for faster key resets, and an 8KHz polling rate. While Razer’s own optical V3 Pro boards boast a slightly lower latency of 0.48ms compared to the 0.6ms offered by these new magnetic switches, the performance gap remains negligible for most players.

By adopting Hall effect sensors, Razer is finally matching the feature sets popularized by competitors. The move signals a practical retreat from the exclusivity of optical analog boards, prioritizing the widespread demand for customizable magnetic actuation over the marginal speed advantages of the company's proprietary optical hardware.
