Leadership Shifts Across Alltrust, Hawksford and Aventur

Alltrust has named Liz Ramsaran as its new legal director. With over 15 years of experience in pensions law, Ramsaran joins the UK-based firm from a background including roles at CMS, Ashurst, and PwC. She will spearhead the company’s legal function, focusing on governance and regulatory engagement across its SIPP and SSAS offerings.

In South America, Hawksford has appointed Olavo Guimaraes as business development manager for the LatAm region. Based in Sao Paulo, Guimaraes brings two decades of expertise in cross-border M&A and corporate finance. He is tasked with expanding the firm’s brand footprint in Brazil by cultivating partnerships with law firms, family offices, and investment bankers. Managing director Nik Zhukov noted that the appointment signals a strategic push to deepen local capabilities within key growth markets.

Meanwhile, London-based fintech Aventur has recruited Matthew Bowen as a private office partner for its wealth management tier, Privé by Aventur. Bowen arrives with more than 20 years of financial planning experience to support founders Stacey Body and Thomas Young as the firm prepares for its full platform launch later this year.
