Naïve Secures $28.5 Million to Automate Business Infrastructure

The platform functions by supplying prompts for AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code, enabling agents to provision essential business components including payment gateways, email inboxes, and virtual phone numbers. While human oversight is still required for KYC/KYB processes and final financial approvals, the infrastructure manages the backend technicalities of running entities ranging from SaaS apps to automated rental car agencies. CEO and co-founder Sean Dorje reported that the company’s annual run-rate revenue has grown tenfold to the low double-digit millions over the last six months.

Beyond simple setup automation, Naïve is pivoting toward the high cost of agent maintenance. The firm is developing a serverless runtime and a model router designed to optimize inference costs, allowing agents to operate in lightweight JavaScript environments rather than full virtual machines. With a total of $32 million in raised capital, the company plans to expand its research team and focus on these efficiency layers. As enterprise interest grows, the startup aims to transition from a tool for company formation to a broader infrastructure provider that mitigates the recurring expenses of operating autonomous agent fleets.
