Julius Baer Appoints Pamela Tseng as Asia COO

Based in Singapore, Tseng will report directly to Asia region head Jimmy Lee and global COO Jean Nabaa. Her previous experience includes a stint as global COO for the private bank at Standard Chartered, alongside senior leadership roles at Citi in New York and Hong Kong, and early-career work with Accenture across Singapore and Beijing.

Jean Nabaa highlighted Tseng’s history of managing complex operations and strategic transformations as a primary driver for the hire. The transition follows a series of personnel moves at the firm, including the late July appointment of former Bank of Singapore manager Nira Tanoko as market head for Southeast Asia.
