Meta Expands Muse AI Capabilities With Real-Time Video and Email Integration

The upcoming video feature allows users to engage in live conversations with a personalized Muse avatar. Beyond visual customization, a new 'Realtime Avatar' model will govern the agent's movements, while users gain granular control over its voice. To further integrate into professional workflows, Muse agents are receiving individual email addresses, enabling them to execute tasks and communicate directly via inbox correspondence.

Meta is also extending the agent’s reach beyond the screen. The existing Mac application will gain the ability to perform tasks directly on the user's computer. Looking ahead, the company plans to deploy Muse to its smart glasses in the coming months. This integration aims to provide multimodal assistance, allowing the AI to process and discuss the user's physical environment in real time.
