The Openwork Partnership has selected Emma Hardiman as marketing and communications director, effective November. Hardiman brings a background in commercial analytics and brand strategy, having previously held senior roles at Charles Stanley. Meanwhile, Edmond de Rothschild has promoted Alice de la Rochefoucauld to group head of Philanthropy & Engagement in Geneva. In the legal sector, Stephenson Harwood has bolstered its London private wealth practice by hiring Nicola Simmons as a partner. Simmons, a tax specialist with over a decade of experience, joins from Mishcon de Reya to advise entrepreneurs and family offices on complex succession and tax matters. Concurrently, Columbia Threadneedle Investments is expanding its Research Enhanced Strategies team in London, appointing Gianluca Di Mascio as portfolio manager and Karan Bhanot as associate portfolio manager. Finally, Banque Cantonale Vaudoise has announced that Denys Papeil will step into the role of head of business support on January 1, 2027, succeeding the retiring Christian Meixenberger.
