Pete Donaldson joins Redmayne Bentley with a thirty-year career spanning HSBC and Fairstone. During his tenure at HSBC, he spearheaded the implementation of digital client journeys and remote advisory teams. At Fairstone, as managing director of partnerships, he oversaw firm integrations and professional network growth. James Andrews, partner at Redmayne Bentley, identified financial planning as a central growth priority, noting that Donaldson’s experience in supporting high-net-worth clients will be critical to the firm’s long-term expansion.

Simultaneously, Broadridge Financial Solutions is focusing on the evolution of capital markets through the appointment of Theo Golden as head of tokenized product for its international division. Based in London, Golden will oversee the design and market launch of tokenized assets and funds. He transitions from Baillie Gifford, where he served as head of digital assets, bringing a background that includes buy-side portfolio management and a former career in financial journalism at Bloomberg and Business Insider. This move follows other recent structural changes at Broadridge, including the promotion of Boaz Lahovitsky to president of wealth management and the appointment of Mark Nichols as co-president of digital assets.
