Stonegate Capital Recruits Sadeek Nilamdeen as CFO

Nilamdeen arrives at Stonegate following a tenure as CFO of the Al-Futtaim Family Office, where he managed capital deployment and investment infrastructure. His background includes over ten years at Al-Futtaim Group, during which he directed acquisitions across East Africa, Southeast Asia, and the MENA region. His earlier career includes roles in M&A advisory at KPMG and Ernst & Young, where he participated in transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion.

This appointment aligns with the firm’s broader expansion strategy in Dubai, which recently included the hiring of a new CEO. Stonegate aims to grow its local headcount to 11 staff members by the end of the year, relying on Nilamdeen to refine the reporting processes and financial oversight necessary to support its long-term growth objectives.
