Jersey-based VG Elevates Sheena Huggett to Head of Family Office

Huggett joined the team in 2020 and brings twenty years of experience in bespoke administration for global corporate clients and private wealth holders. In her new role, she reports directly to Wendy Inns, who oversees the broader private wealth team. This appointment follows a series of leadership changes, including the arrival of CEO William Dougas in January, who transitioned to the firm from his previous role as chief commercial officer at Vistra.

The firm has undergone significant scaling since late 2024, when Mayfair Equity Partners secured a strategic investment in the business. This capital infusion supported the launch of the firm's dedicated capital markets service in 2025 and the opening of a new office in London, positioning the company to better serve its international client base.
