Bedside utility is the focus of the $200 Echo Time, an alarm clock that utilizes ultrasound sensors to track sleep cycles and automate wake-up calls without the privacy concerns of a camera.
Visual hardware also gets an update with the $200 Alexa Photo Frame, a 10-inch anti-glare display that integrates with Prime members' unlimited photo storage. The most significant addition, the Echo Show 16, is slated for a December 16 release. Retailing at $400, this high-end smart display features an array of eight woofers and two tweeters, with a VESA-compatible design that allows for both standard and premium nanomatte screen configurations.
